Overall, it was the service from SP, Drew Atkinson, and how easy the process was.

The guys were great there. It was just their whole outlook on everything. Any questions we

had, they instantly had answers. The whole team there is great.

They always go above and beyond. Heidi is who I usually deal with, and she is fantastic.

The customer service was great. Also, the knowledge of everyone there was good.

They have been wonderful. The service, the attention, the delivery, the explanations, and the

test drive, were all wonderful.

They were really helpful. They explained everything really well and didn't rush.

They were quick, and they treated me very nicely. Rob, in particular, stood out with his follow-up.

They did a very good job. Mike, our salesman, did a phenomenal job answering all my

questions. Even post sale, they have done a really good job maintaining communication with us.

We went down to the Chicago Boa SHow and spent time with the owner and Drew. We did a pre-walkthrough before we purchased it and they were so very kind. It has been an excellent experience, including the delivery and the introduction to the boat. Everything about it. I think it's WakeSide all together from the owner down to anybody. My wife felt very comfortable too. They really deserve the highest recognition.

We know Mike and he kind of held our hand through the whole process . He took us out on the water and showed us everything we needed to know. We really appreciated that. The whole process was easy. They were very patient when we were trying to decide on the color of the flooring. Everyone there was just super.

Drew did a great job. He took me out on the boat for a few hours and showed me just about

everything I would need to know. Then I took it out the next day and spent the whole day out on the lake. It was great. I

was completely comfortable. He's a wonderful teacher.

The sales team was first class. Drew delivered the boat to me and walked through everything. It was great!

It was the whole process of building the boat and to the assistance I got regarding the

accessories on the boat. I'd call Mike, and he'd find the answer or take a picture for me. Even building the boat was good. He tried to get me a tour of the plant. Everything was good. I could reach out to Mike by text. He always would respond. Jamie, the owner, was on it, too. They all made sure I got taken care of. No flaws.

Great experience with the sales department ordering a new Nautique. Great demo and easy to order. Can't wait to get it now!
