WakeSide Marine Premier Brokerage Service WakeSide Marine offers a brokerage service that strives to maximize value to all parties by lending our reputation, marketing reach, time, and service to the deal.

Our program is designed to be transparent for the seller by establishing realistic expectations about market values and timing.

Furthermore, we aim to maximize the value for the seller by certifying a brokerage boat that is clean and mechanically sound for the next owner.

This allows us to provide the buyer with a positive experience while meeting the expectations of each when buying a boat from a reputable dealer.

Our Program

• A key component to meeting these objectives is to only sell quality, inspected, and reliable boats at our facility.
• Every boat, motor, and trailer offered for sale through our brokerage program will undergo a thorough inspection by our service department before we list the boat for sale. We perform this service at a discounted rate of $500 of which is due at the time of listing.
• The inspections will be done by our certified technicians and will assist us in determining a fair selling price, including a pre-determined payment due to the seller upon completion of the sale.
• If the boat needs mechanical repairs that render it unfit for immediate and reliable use by the purchaser, WakeSide Marine will require that they be completed prior to listing.
• Cosmetic deficiencies will be noted and suggested but not always required for listing.
• Understand that buyers typically expect and will pay market value for a boat that is mechanically sound and ready to use.

Marketing

• An advantage of our program for the seller is that you know exactly what you will receive for your boat up front as these terms are pre negotiated at the time of listing.
• We do a detailed spec sheet and photo package on every boat and post each listing on the largest advertising websites such as boattrader.com and iboats.com, ebay.com, onlyinboards.com, and others as well as our own easily navigated wakesidemarine.com
• We cover the costs of this advertising. In addition, your boat will have quality representation at any of the special events we participate in throughout the season.

Your Boat on Our Lot

• Boat storage will be provided free of charge from May 1st through Oct 1st. During the of season, storage and winterization will be provided at a discounted rate. Payment for this will be due as the services are rendered.
